Learn to create a vintage piping, Lambeth style cake.

Who this class is for?

• Beginner cake decorators who haven’t decorated a cake before, or if you’ve decorated a few cakes before and have used piping nozzles in the past but would like to improve.

• Anyone who wants to improve their skill and knowledge.

• Learn how to stack and fill cakes straight.

What you will learn:

• How to stack and fill cakes.

• How to decorate a cake with multiple buttercream colours and piping nozzles and techniques.

• How to make swiss meringue butterceam.

What you will get from the class:

• A cake that serves 14-16 people ( 8’’ x 2 layer raspberry cake ) RRP 100 euro plus

• 2 starting piping nozzles

• Recipes for cake batter, buttercream and fillings.

• Snacks and drinks will be provided, please let us know about any dietary requirments.

The class will host 3 students and will be 4 and Half hours long.
