Want to learn how to pipe cakes and small treats and learn the basics? Well this class is perfect for you!
This class will be 2 and half hours based around learning how to pipe in a variety of ways on small mini loaf cakes and treats.
This class is for beginner bakers who have never decorated many cakes before and would love to learn skills and techniques.
You will mainly focus on using a star tip and a round tip/ no nozzle.
This class is the same layout as our adult version but we take it a little slower and ensure its an enjoyable morning for teenagers. We recommend this class for teenagers who have a love for baking or cooking shows, who are always asking to bake at home.
Who can come to this class:
Anyone aged 10-17 years
Parents, sibling or guardian can book in too
Teens can attend alone once a guardian has presented themself to Laura at the beginning of the class.
What you’ll get:
You will be given a box of 12 mixed cake treats with different flavors and sizes. You will learn how to pipe these individually and decorate them fully with a mixture of fillings and decorations including caramel, ,curd, toppings etc.

Recipes for buttercreams and fillings.
You will take home a box of cakes with a retail price of 60 euro to enjoy.
Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes ( most classes run 2 hours but we give an extra 30 minutes just in case )

Parent information: Although this class doesn’t have space for parents to stay and hang around ( if they aren’t booked in themselves ) we encourage a guardian to drop off the student, introduce themselves to Laura, the teacher and give any relevant information if needed.
Laura is an award winning wedding cake designer and has worked in the industry both as a baker ad pastry chef for 8 years. She is experienced in teaching 100s of guests in these classes and has a wide range of culinary knowledge.
Laura has experience of teaching young adults and children in both culinary activities and other hobbies outside of the culinary world. She also has first aid training and necessary training for classes.
