About Colhoun Creations
Colhoun Creations is a bespoke cake company based in south Dublin specialising in simple, natural and rustic buttercream bakes. All cakes are designed by owner; Laura Colhoun.
Laura holds a BSC in baking and pastry arts management from TUD and has worked as a pastry chef and wholesale supplier to some of Dublin’s best cafes and restaurants.
Laura loves to create natural cakes with simple, earthy tones and styles. She would describe her style as modern bohemian and ‘perfectly imperfect’. Her bakes incorporate fresh fruit and edible flowers and she is hugely passionate about using Irish seasonal and organic ingredients. Laura takes pride in using local great quality ingredients to ensure her products are made to the highest standard.
Wedding cakes and event dessert tables are what Colhoun Creations specialise in but Laura also offers celebration cakes, gift boxes and special occasion bakes for key calendar events and holidays.
